Vegemite Worms the original, easy peasy, kids cooking activity.
Well it’s not exactly cooking, but depending on the age of your little one they may be able to make Vegemite Worms from scratch with just a little direction and a supervisory eye.
Knifes are always worth a good deal of supervision – especially in the hands of my think-before-acting toddler.
All you need is some hole-y crackers, butter and Vegemite – and generous amounts of all three are best.
The most important step in the process is to focus on the moment the worms wriggle through the cracker.
To a small child it is amazing and wonderful and delicious all at the same time.
Because then you get to eat it!
