We celebrated a birthday yesterday.
We had a hectic, but wonderful time at Veronica’s party.
Mummy (that’s me) and baby both wore dresses handmade on the, lately, cranky sewing machine.
The cake was lovingly decorated and devoured.
Family time is precious . . . and most women will agree, so is footwear.
Which brings me to the real reason for this post – shoes.
If you have been following me on Instagram you might have noticed this little happy snap:
Target sent me this lovely little card so that I could go and buy some new shoes!
Yes, I use an exclamation mark, new shoes just make me happy like that.
I am a a huge fan of Target foot wear. One of my favourite pairs of shoes is a pair of Hot Options pumps, sage green with bows. I have owned them for over two years, and they were hand me downs – they are still perfect today.
I jumped at the chance to own another pair of cute Target shoes. They have so many uber cute designs in at the moment (I love Spring foot wear) and there were so many tempting options. Like the two below – they’re on my future shopping list.
But then I saw pink wedges, I couldn’t go past them, I just could not.
Consequently I have been wearing them almost all the time lately – I’m in shoe love.
These babies went perfectly with my party dress:
What’s more, after buying these gorgeous shoes I had enough money left over on the giftcard to buy these cute little Spring flats:
These shoes just happen to be the exact shoes that I, and the rest of the girls in the cast, are wearing as part of our costume in The Pirates of Penzance.
We have been wearing the shoes while dancing on stage for hours and hours (and hours) for weeks and weeks – and they just keep going. Not bad for $15.

I do have a few Target cheapies in my shoerobe and I wore their leather ballet flats when I was pregnant. Cute designs this season. X
No I don’t, I only own two pairs of shoes, joggers and thongs. I think I need to go shoes shopping.

I have heaps of shoes from Target. I find that they are the only type that usually accommodate my wide feet. I have heels, flats, boots, thongs, etc.

I LOVE target shoes! I really think they have the cutest range with the best quality. At the moment all I have are a pair of sneakers from target… $18 and they are the comfiest sneakers I’ve ever had I think! I owna few pairs of target shoes. they’re always comfortable and alot cheaper than the other shoe stores, i’ve never had a problem with them, one of the pairs i own is my fav pair of sandals.

I do own a pair of black seude wedges that I only just bought a few weeks ago as my 5 yr old told me I should be wearing high heels lol , yes she also tells me to wear more dresses. Ah kids

I own a few pairs of Target shoes. I love all there new range now and great prices too
